Island Gardens Deep Harbour (opening in December)can host deep draft vessels up to 550 feet offering state of the art floating docks with med-mooring and side-to berthing available. The amenities include in-slip fueling, pump out services. The Island Gardens (opening 2017/18) will have a spectacular multi tiered promenade stretching between the two luxury hotels with branded living offering specialized spa services, luxury boutique retail, waterfront dining, a fish market and food hall.
